I've been an ardent Flickr supporter for 6 years now. I've been waiting patiently for them to innovate, change, update, anything on their system. If Google+ Photos keeps on rolling like they are, I'll be looking for a Google+ Photos importing tool to migrate from Flickr.
EyeTrackShop conducted an eye-tracking study and discovered the similar layouts for both Facebook and Google+ encourage users of both services to scan the websites in the same manner. Interesting stuff for anyone who puts together webpages for a living.
