You've Gotta Live It
Economic Development Winnipeg has multiple web properties under its purview. They had a section of content within their main economic development site that had information on the advantages and amenities of living in Winnipeg, but over time the few pages of this section did not quite cover the full range of detail that they wanted to convey.
Like a number of other small web properties that they manage within their Catalyst CMS, they wanted to manage this one under that same installation. This site would be somewhat larger and would need its own domain. The advantage of this being that development time was quite fast and, once complete, the administrators were already familiar with the system they would be using to manage the new site.
The new design would combine a number of design elements from other projects and some new custom functionality. This new site is the latest in their promotional material to show Winnipeg as an amazing place to live and work.
